Sarah Peduzzi has been working as a Paid Search Analyst for two years, helping businesses effectively drive converting traffic to their websites. She also frequently teaches LunaMetrics AdWords training classes, and has taught students in Denver, Las Vegas, New York, Washington, Boston and of course, Pittsburgh. Sarah’s background includes experience in SEO, copywriting and landing page design -- all of which work together to drive the best traffic to a site and provide the best experience for each user. A lifelong computer geek, Timothy James is currently a Partner Technology Manager at Google and helps retailers with technology processes to get their products into Google Shopping.  He teaches undergraduate classes in Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh where he enjoys making jokes during lectures and helping students with career development.  Prior to Google, Timothy has worked in a variety of technical roles in the financial services, telecommunications, defense contracting, and consulting industries; he's also spent some professional time frying fish and making sandwiches.




Emily Gouwens joined the IMPAQT Team as an Account Group Director where she led a team of Search Account Managers and Specialists focused on providing creative thought leadership, resulting in increased brand awareness, lead generation, and maximized profit for IMPAQT’s most recognizable clients in the Automotive, Telecommunications, Retail, B2B, Financial and CPG space. She was promoted in the fall of 2013 to her current role as the Vice President of Client Services where she is responsible for the management, growth and development of the client services staff in addition to ensuring the health of the search programs we oversee.

Before joining the IMPAQT team, Emily spent nearly seven years in the business management consulting industry, working for Accenture.  While at Accenture, Emily was a Manager within the Strategy Practice and specialized in the Supply Chain Service Line. She has a breadth of experience in leading cross-functional teams through strategic sourcing initiatives, developing business cases and conducting vendor/contract negotiations. While at Accenture, Emily worked across multiple industries including, but not limited to, Products, Chemicals, Technology, Utilities and Government, and some of her clients included Pepsi, the State of PA, State of FL, DuPont, Baltimore Gas & Electric, Bayer and more.

Since joining IMPAQT, Emily has leveraged her consulting industry experience to provide strategic account insight and maximize client ROI.   Emily has a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.   Outside of IMPAQT, Emily has been a guest presenter for the Pittsburgh Technology Council and is a member of the Pitt Alumni Association and Junior League. She is also a member of SEMPO Pittsburgh.


Manika Kumari is a Marketing Coordinator at AllFacilities Inc., a Pittsburgh based new business development and support services firm that specializes in the narrow niche of facilities management. She currently handles the marketing activities of the business including online advertising and provides support to the operations team. She received her MBA at Carlow University with a concentration in marketing. She also holds MBA in international business from India.
